From a Trailer to a Full-Time Crew
Josiah Salazar started out doing yard work for neighbors around Mason County, taking on whatever jobs came his way and doing them right. Every dollar of profit went straight back into the business, first better tools, then a dump trailer, until side work turned into a full-time crew.
The jobs have gotten bigger since then, from bark and rock installation to full landscape and hardscape construction, but the standard hasn’t changed: show up when we say we will, communicate honestly, and treat every property like it’s our own.
That’s also why most of our work comes from referrals and repeat clients rather than one-off jobs. We’d rather build a long-term relationship with a property than move on to the next thing, and it shows in the work we leave behind.
