Overview

A property cleanup covers everything from a light seasonal tidy-up to fully reclaiming a yard that's gotten away from someone. That means brush clearing, cutting back or removing invasive blackberry (a genuine nuisance plant throughout this part of Washington), pulling dead or overgrown vegetation, and hauling away what's left behind. It's often the very first step before any other landscape work, since it's hard to grade, plant, or install anything on ground that's still covered in brush.

We see this most often after a new home purchase where the yard was neglected by the previous owner, ahead of listing a property for sale, or simply as a seasonal reset once things have gotten out of hand.
